The coffee table was damaged, two of your 3 plastic chairs outside ended up broken. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a major improvement on the deck. The house has so much potential it is sad to check out it getting run down. I Totally loved the area, however, if improvements usually are not made would not lease house again.
